At this point, the individual must be capable of executing all fundamental body movements and techniques with proper application. This includes all hand and leg techniques.
Blocks & Strikes
These techniques which have been taught in previous categories can sometimes be classified as both a strike and a block. Note that students must be able to display a knowledge of circular blocks and deflections as used in Kumite.
